After 5 years of implementing the Resolution of the Provincial People's Committee Office Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term, the Office Party Committee has led and directed cadres and party members to proactively and effectively carry out assigned political tasks; Party members of the general staff always closely follow the Resolutions of the Central Committee and the province, have many innovations and creativity in advising the Provincial People's Committee and the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee in leading, directing and operating socio-economic development, maintaining political security, social order and safety, and performing well the social security work in Lao Cai province; at the same time, ensuring material facilities to serve the activities of the Provincial People's Committee as well as the Provincial People's Committee Office.

During the 2020-2025 term, cadres and party members of the Provincial People's Committee Office advised the Party Committee to issue 4,757 documents. The Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Office always promotes its leadership role, directing cadres and party members to effectively carry out advisory, synthesis and coordination work, contributing to helping the Provincial People's Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee operate proactively, flexibly, creatively and achieve high results.
Regarding professional work, in the last term, over 200,000 documents were received; over 86,000 documents were issued; 1,548 meetings at the Provincial People's Committee headquarters were attentively served (not including meetings that did not issue invitations), and over 470 delegations were welcomed...
Every year, 100% of Party cells and Party members in the Party Committee are assessed to have completed their tasks well, of which 20% of Party organizations and Party members are assessed to have completed their tasks excellently; rewards are given to Party organizations and Party members who have completed their tasks excellently every year. From 2020-2024, the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Office is assessed to have completed its tasks excellently.

In the 2020 - 2025 term, the Provincial People's Committee Office was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Prime Minister, the Minister, Head of the Government Office and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; 02 individuals were awarded the Second Class Labor Medal by the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; 06 people were awarded the Third Class Labor Medal; the Prime Minister awarded a Certificate of Merit to 07 people; the Minister, Head of the Government Office awarded a Certificate of Merit to 10 people; the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee awarded a Certificate of Merit to 25 people; the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee awarded the title of Provincial Emulation Fighter to 04 people.
One of the key tasks in the coming term, the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Office continues to lead and direct cadres and party members to actively advise and closely coordinate with departments, branches in the province, and local authorities to effectively implement all aspects of the functions and tasks of the sector. Continue to innovate the leadership, direction, advice and service style to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Provincial People's Committee in general and the Provincial People's Committee Office in particular, build a clean and strong Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Office; build a dynamic and comprehensive Provincial People's Committee Office to successfully carry out all assigned tasks. The unions have successfully completed their tasks, contributing to the successful implementation of the province's socio -economic development goals throughout the term and each year.

The Congress elected the Party Executive Committee for the 11th term, 2025 - 2030, including comrades: Dinh Van Dang holding the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Office; Hoang Ngoc Bich elected to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Office; Members: Bui Cong Khanh, Ngoc Thi Hue, Nguyen Ngoc Quyet, Nguyen Cao Son.
The Congress elected comrade Hoang Ngoc Bich, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, to hold the position of Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Office Party Committee, term 11, 2025 - 2030.
