Ia Chia Commune is an administrative unit that has not been merged. During the past term, the Party Committee, government and people in the commune have made efforts to carry out their tasks and achieved many important results.

Accordingly, the work of building the Party and the political system was focused on; the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization were improved; the rate of new Party members reached and exceeded the target; the activities of the Front and mass organizations were effective, contributing to consolidating the great national unity bloc.

The growth rate of total product in the area is estimated at over 4.5%; average income per capita is over 51.1 million VND/year. Currently, 7/10 villages in the commune have met new rural standards. National defense and security are maintained; good relations with the Se San commune government (Oyadav district, Ratanakiri province, Kingdom of Cambodia) are maintained.

Speaking at the Congress, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Rah Lan Chung acknowledged and commended the achievements of the Ia Chia Commune Party Committee in the past term.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee suggested that in the coming time, the Commune Party Committee should pay more attention to poverty reduction work with new, practical and effective methods; both arousing the internal strength of the people and maximizing support resources.

Synchronously deploy and effectively integrate national target programs; build a team of cadres and leaders who dare to think and dare to do; focus on socio-economic development planning, especially in terms of transport infrastructure and market systems.

Comrade Rah Lan Chung also emphasized that the commune must always maintain political stability, ensure peaceful borders; strengthen the work of building the Party and the political system; review and perfect the staff. The Party Executive Committee of the commune needs to concretize the motto and theme of the Congress to make the commune increasingly strong.

The Congress announced the decisions of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on appointing the Party Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; Inspection Committee, Chairman, Deputy Chairman of the Inspection Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Accordingly, the first term Party Executive Committee of the commune consists of 18 comrades; the Standing Committee of the Commune Party Committee consists of 9 comrades. Comrade Ksor Khieu was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Commune Party Committee.

At the same time, the delegates voted to approve the main targets for the 2025-2030 term. In particular, the growth rate of total product reached 7.4%/year; average income per capita was 60 million VND/year; 9/10 villages met new rural standards; the rate of people participating in health insurance reached 93%; the poverty rate was 1.7%; 100% of villages and hamlets had Party committees; new party members were admitted at 4% compared to the beginning of the term...
