- On the afternoon of September 5, the Party Delegation and the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council held a regular meeting for September 2024. Comrade Doan Thi Hau, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Party Delegation, and Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council chaired the meeting.

At the meeting, delegates reviewed and discussed the contents presented, including: proposed contents and explanation plans at the meeting of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council in the fourth quarter of 2024; developing policies to support teachers directly implementing inclusiveeducation at non-public inclusive education institutions; draft decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council on promulgating a list of resolutions detailing the contents assigned under the authority of the Road Law; approval of the proposal to develop a Resolution on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Regulations on decentralization of management and use of public assets under the management of Lang Son province issued together with Resolution No. 10/2018/NQ-HDND dated July 20, 2018 of the Provincial People's Council; Draft document of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council on continuing to organize the implementation of Resolution No. 11/2021/NQ-HDND dated July 17, 2021 of the Provincial People's Council regulating special nutritional regimes for coaches and athletes; financial expenditure regime; bonuses for sports competitions in the province; draft Resolution promulgating the Regulations on the operation of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, committees of the Provincial People's Council, delegations and delegates of the Provincial People's Council of Lang Son, term XVII, term 2021-2026; results of monitoring and supervising the implementation of recommendations after supervision of the Provincial People's Council, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, committees of the Provincial People's Council from the beginning of the term to August 20, 2024; results of monitoring and supervising the implementation of recommendations at regular sessions of the Provincial People's Council, term XVII, term 2021-2026; summarizing the results of organizing the regular mid-year session of 2024 of the People's Councils of districts and cities; Synthesize proposed inspection and supervision contents for the fourth quarter of 2024 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council; synthesize voters' opinions and recommendations after the twenty-seventh session (regular session in mid-2024) of the Provincial People's Council, term XVII, term 2021 - 2026; report on the organization of training on the use of the Software System and presentation of software for professional management of People's Councils at all levels of Lang Son province...

Comrade Dinh Huu Hoc, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, spoke at the meeting.

During the program, the Provincial People's Council Party Delegation also reviewed, discussed and commented on the appraisal reports on: Plan to implement the Lang Son Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050; policy to approve investors for the Dong Kinh New Urban Area project, Dong Kinh ward, Lang Son city; report on reviewing and supplementing the second cadre planning in 2024 of the Provincial People's Council Party Delegation.

Comrade Doan Thi Hau, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council delivered a concluding speech at the meeting.

Concluding the meeting, the Party Secretary and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council agreed with the contents presented and requested the Provincial People's Council committees and the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and Provincial People's Council to continue reviewing and reconsidering the contents; receiving and adding delegates' opinions to the reports, plans, and draft resolutions to submit to the Provincial People's Council Standing Committee for signing and promulgation according to regulations.
