This morning (October 15), at Lai Chau Provincial Cinema, the Party Committee of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism held a conference to study, disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030; Resolution of the 5th Department Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

The conference was attended by all party members, civil servants, public employees and workers working at departments and public service units under the Department.

Comrade Tran Manh Hung - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Party Secretary, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism delivered the opening speech at the Conference.

Speaking at the opening of the Conference, comrade Tran Manh Hung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Party Secretary, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism emphasized: studying, grasping and implementing the Resolution of the Congress is an important political activity, helping cadres and party members unify their awareness, thoughts and actions; concretizing the content of the Resolution into the work programs and plans of agencies and units, contributing to the successful implementation of the goals and tasks of the new term. He requested each cadre and party member to uphold their sense of responsibility, seriously absorb and creatively apply the content of the Resolution into practical work.

At the Conference, delegates listened to comrade Tran Van Cong - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism directly deploy the key contents of the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, focusing on evaluating the results of 5 years of implementing the Resolution of the previous term Congress, outstanding achievements, limitations, lessons learned; at the same time, clearly identifying the general goals, key tasks and main solutions to successfully implement the Resolution in the term 2025-2030.

Along with that, the Conference deployed the Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 1st Provincial People's Committee Party Congress, and discussed the Resolution Implementation Plan and the Action Program of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism Party Committee, in order to specify the goals and tasks of the Resolution in accordance with the practical situation of the industry.

At the same time, deploying the Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 5th Party Congress of the Department, as a basis for Party cells and affiliated units to concretize it into annual action plans, contributing to bringing the Resolution into life.
