Dong Gia Nghia women unite, innovate, build a strong Association

On the afternoon of October 18, Dong Gia Nghia ward (Lam Dong) held the 1st Women's Congress, term 2025 - 2030 with the participation of 90 official delegates representing a large number of members and women of the ward.

During the past term, the Women's Union of Dong Gia Nghia ward has effectively implemented the movements, tasks and targets set out.

Ms. H'Vi E Ban, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Women's Union attended and directed the Congress.

In recent times, the Women's Union of Dong Gia Nghia Ward has effectively implemented the movements, tasks and targets set out. Typically, the Union has coordinated to help 30 households escape poverty; mobilized 2,194 members and women to participate in family health insurance.

The Executive Committee of Dong Gia Nghia Ward Party Committee presented a banner and flowers to congratulate the Congress.

Party and government building, supervision, and social criticism are emphasized. The content and methods of activities have many innovations, focusing on the grassroots. The role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of women is increasingly affirmed.

In the period of 2022 - 2024, the Association will maintain and expand models such as: "Piggy Bank", "Charity Rice Jar", "Savings Fund at the branch"... with an amount of over 384.6 million VND, supporting dozens of women in difficult circumstances. At the same time, the Association at all levels will award many livelihood models to develop production; effectively manage 12 bank loan trust groups with outstanding loans of 30.7 billion VND, helping 461 women have capital to develop production...

In the 2025 - 2030 term, Dong Gia Nghia ward women determined to continue promoting tradition, bravery, intelligence, and aspiration to rise up in the new era; building a strong Women's Union organization to contribute to building the ward to develop quickly, comprehensively, and sustainably.

Speaking at the Congress, Ms. H'Vi E Ban, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Women's Union, requested that the Women's Union of Dong Gia Nghia ward continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, innovation, creativity, build a strong organization, operate more and more practically and effectively, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new period.

Dong Gia Nghia women need to promote the spirit of aspiration to rise up, contributing to building a comprehensively developed, civilized, and modern locality in the era of innovation and integration.

The Congress announced the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Lam Dong Provincial Women's Union to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, President and Vice President of the Dong Gia Nghia Ward Women's Union for the 2025 - 2030 term. Accordingly, the Executive Committee consists of 27 members; the Standing Committee consists of 5 members. Ms. Le Thi Nhu Huong, Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward, holds the position of President of the Dong Gia Nghia Ward Women's Union for the 2025 - 2030 term.
