Major Nguyen Dang Duan - Deputy Captain of the Mass Mobilization Team (Ia Puch Border Guard Station, Chu Prong District) was assigned by the Party Committee and the Command Board of the unit to be in charge of Ms. Ro Mah Bia's household and participate in activities at the Chu Ko Village Party Cell, Ia Puch Commune. With his wholehearted efforts, Major Duan has contributed to building the Chu Ko Village Party Cell to be increasingly clean and strong and helping Ms. Bia's family to develop economically.
Ms. Bia said: “Thanks to applying the care techniques guided by Mr. Duẩn, our family’s 2-hectare cashew garden has a higher yield. Last year, I earned nearly 60 million VND from the cashew garden. With the savings over the past few years, my husband and I have just built a house worth about 150 million VND. In addition, Mr. Duẩn also proposed to the unit to support funding and books for my daughter in the past few years of school.”
According to Ms. Siu Bin - Party Cell Secretary and Head of Chu Ko Village: "Comrade Duan has participated in activities with the Party Cell for many years. During that time, he has advised the Party Cell on the work of developing Party members and building a clean and strong Party Cell.
On the other hand, Comrade Duẩn also informed the legal regulations on border security for Party members to understand and propagate for villagers to implement. Besides, Comrade Duẩn, together with officers and soldiers of Ia Puch Border Guard Station, guided households in the village to take care of crops to achieve higher productivity.
Lieutenant Colonel Phan Cong Thang - Political Commissar of Ia Puch Border Guard Station - informed: The unit assigned 4 party members to participate in activities at 4 village and hamlet party cells and 16 party members to be in charge of households in the commune. For party members in charge of households, in addition to helping people develop the economy, they must also propagate and mobilize people to comply with the provisions of the law.
“In the past time, party members assigned to participate in village and hamlet party cell activities and take charge of households have performed their assigned tasks well. Thereby, helping people have a better life, building increasingly clean and strong party cells,” said Lieutenant Colonel Thang.
Similarly, Ia Nan Border Guard Station (Duc Co District) also assigned 9 party members to participate in activities at 9 village and hamlet party cells and 32 party members to be in charge of 148 households in difficult circumstances. Since the beginning of 2025, party members have conducted 222 propaganda sessions with 882 participants. The propaganda content is about economic development, participation in new rural construction and compliance with legal regulations.
Ia Nan Border Guard Station also supported labor days for fencing gardens, digging garbage pits, and farming for assigned households; helped people repair 4 houses and build hygienic latrines. In addition, party members actively mobilized and guided households to work in production and develop the economy.
Lieutenant Colonel Hua Van Thuan, Political Commissar of Ia Nan Border Guard Station, said: “The 32 party members assigned to take charge of households with revolutionary contributions, difficult circumstances, disadvantaged people and those who have made mistakes all demonstrated a high sense of responsibility. Through that, the Border Guard party members have contributed to building strong and clean village Party cells and helping households develop their economies and comply with the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws.”
Speaking to reporters, Colonel Nguyen Van Nghi - Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Border Guard - informed: One of the most effective models of the Provincial Border Guard is to assign 49 party members of the Border Guard stations to participate in village and hamlet party cell activities; 195 party members are in charge of 775 households with difficult circumstances in the border area.
Party members have actively proposed to the Party cell policies and measures to coordinate the leadership of border protection work, build and consolidate strong village and hamlet mass organizations. Border Party members have also informed about incidents related to the work of protecting border security sovereignty , methods and tricks of hostile forces, and types of crimes to serve as a basis for Party cells and Party cells to take measures to propagate, educate and mobilize people to actively participate in the movement to protect border security.
