Professional launching pad for Vietnamese idol generation

After 100 days of intense training and competition, YeaH1 Group has officially announced the top 11 “Rookies promoted”. These are the most outstanding candidates of the program, who will continue to be trained to enter the Promotion phase, from there competing at the international level.

The program will be broadcast at 8:00 p.m. every Saturday on VTV3 channel, starting from October 4.

The focus of the program is a rigorous training journey, inspired by the international standard K-pop group model. Before that, the candidates were carefully selected from thousands of applications, going through many rigorous preliminary rounds in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City under the evaluation of a highly specialized Jury.

After officially entering the “survival” round, 30 new recruits underwent 100 days of intensive training with a team of experts from Korea and Vietnam. The contestants were trained in singing, dancing, performance style, and personal image building. After seven consecutive rounds of testing, the program selected 11 best faces to enter the Rookie Promotion team.

This Top 11 is not the official debut lineup, but will continue to train under the guidance of singer Soobin, then compete at the international level to win a place in the first all-around music group in Vietnam built on an international model, with a clear development roadmap and a systematic scale.

Coach Soobin shared that, right from the moment he accepted to lead 11 rookies, he had gone through many thoughts and hesitations, because this was the first time he took on the role of coach for a group of young artists. For him, this was not only a new challenge but also a “key” to open the next chapter in his artistic journey.

“I have spent a lot of time observing, and up to this point, I am really proud to see that you are all very talented and hardworking. For me, without hard work, it is very difficult to succeed and become truly all-round artists. I understand that there will still be harsh judgments from the audience, but I hope everyone will give you more time so that you have the opportunity to prove that you are completely worthy,” SOOBIN expressed.

In the Promotion stage, rookies will have the opportunity to perform, learn and interact with professional music groups in the region such as Korea, Japan, Taiwan (China) and Thailand. This is a decisive preparation step before choosing the actual debut lineup. During this stage, rookies still have to maintain maximum effort because the risk of being eliminated still exists if they do not show a clear breakthrough through the performance rounds.

Building a comprehensive, internationally oriented art ecosystem

With the key project All-round Rookie, YeaH1 Group sets a long-term goal to create a generation of all-round artists, both Vietnamese and internationally integrated. This is not only an entertainment program, but also the beginning of a sustainable development strategy for the Vietnamese entertainment industry.
