Dong Hung Commune Women's Union: Supporting disadvantaged women and children

Responding to the emulation movement "The whole country joins hands for the poor - No one is left behind", since the beginning of October, the Women's Union of Dong Hung commune has mobilized resources to give 20 jars of charity rice, each jar of 10 kg/person/month to 20 poor members.

Dong Hung Commune Women's Union and philanthropists give gifts to disadvantaged children.

The charity rice jar will be given to poor members every month for 1 year. The association also visited and gave gifts to 26 women in difficult circumstances; presented the “Godmother” program to 5 children and “Following you to school” program to 7 students, and 12 gifts to children in especially difficult circumstances.

These practical and meaningful activities have promptly helped poor members, disadvantaged children, and those in difficult circumstances to improve their lives.
