Thien Hung: Building boarding houses for primary school students

(DN) - On the morning of December 5, Thien Hung commune, Dong Nai province held a groundbreaking ceremony for the project to renovate, repair and build a new project for Thanh Binh B Primary School.

This is an educational project of special significance for the border commune of Thien Hung, implemented in the spirit of the Conclusion Notice No. 81-TB/TW dated July 18, 2025 of the Politburo on the policy of investing in building schools for border communes. When put into operation, the project will contribute to reducing the situation of students dropping out of school due to difficult conditions, creating a premise to improve the quality of education in remote and isolated areas.

The project includes a 2-storey boarding house with a construction area of ​​520m², fully equipped with water supply and drainage systems, electricity - lighting, fans and equipment serving boarding activities according to regulations, and a bed system for boarding students.

In addition, the project also builds a mini soccer field according to technical standards. The total investment of the project is more than 7.65 billion VND, expected to be completed and put into use in May 2026.
