Attending the conference were Deputy Director of the National Digital Transformation Agency ( Ministry of Science and Technology ) Le Anh Tuan; Provincial Party Committee member, Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Dong Nai province Pham Van Trinh, leaders and representatives of the Departments of Science and Technology of provinces and cities, and more than 250 officials, civil servants and public employees of the southern provinces and cities including: Ho Chi Minh City, Tay Ninh, Can Tho City, Vinh Long, Dong Thap, Ca Mau, An Giang participating in the training conference.

The conference aims to disseminate and thoroughly grasp the new guidelines, policies and strategies of the Party, National Assembly and Government on science and technology development, innovation and digital transformation. In particular, it focuses on the following contents: issues in implementing two-level local government and information system architecture for handling administrative procedures at ministerial and provincial levels; orientation for digital transformation in 2026; development of the domain name ".vn" to promote national digital transformation; regulations on investment management for digital transformation...

Speaking at the opening of the conference, Deputy Director of the National Digital Transformation Agency Le Anh Tuan said: The training conference aims to promptly convey to localities the policies and orientations for implementing digital transformation and building digital government in the coming time. Organizing a direct training conference is also an opportunity for the National Digital Transformation Agency, the Ministry of Science and Technology and localities to enhance exchanges, share lessons learned and address difficulties and problems in the process of implementing digital transformation in localities.

Speaking at the conference, Provincial Party Committee member and Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Dong Nai province, Pham Van Trinh, emphasized: The conference is extremely important and practical. This is not only a professional training course, but also a "policy and action forum". The conference is an opportunity for delegates to have a frank dialogue with experts and policymakers from the Ministry of Science and Technology and the National Digital Transformation Agency.
