Established in 2012, the Distance Learning Center – Thai Nguyen University is one of the pioneers in the field of online training (E-learning) in the midland and mountainous areas of the North. However, according to the provisions of Circular 27/2019/TT-BGDĐT of the Ministry of Education and Training , from 2020, university diplomas will no longer state the form of training. This means that the diploma of the distance learning program at Thai Nguyen University has the same legal value as a regular diploma, widely recognized nationwide.
