According to the plan of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training, from July 4 to 6, the exam scores and grade 10 benchmark scores will be announced on the Department's electronic information portal and the City's primary enrollment portal.

As every year, the 10th grade benchmark scores of each public high school in Hanoi are usually announced a few days after the exam scores are announced. "The announcement of these two data on the same day helps reduce the waiting pressure of students and their families, but also poses many challenges in the organization because the number of students taking the exam in Hanoi is large," said a representative of the Department's leadership.

The 2025 entrance exam for non-specialized public grade 10 in Hanoi ended with approximately 102,500 candidates, a total public target of 81,000, the admission rate this year will reach about 78.6%, the highest in the past 5 years.

Based on the number of 9th grade students in Hanoi in the 2024-2025 school year, the rate of students studying 10th grade in public schools after junior high school is about 64%, an increase of 3% compared to 2024.

According to regulations, immediately after being admitted to their first choice, candidates must complete admission procedures from 1:30 p.m. on July 10 to 12 a.m. on July 12 online or in person.
