'Meeting the highest requirements for organizing the 14th Party Congress'

On the morning of November 19, at the Party Central Committee Headquarters, Comrade Tran Cam Tu, Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat, Head of the Organization Subcommittee serving the 14th National Party Congress chaired a meeting with the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and relevant agencies to review the work and give opinions on the plan to implement propaganda and decoration activities to celebrate the 14th National Party Congress.

After listening to the report and comments, comrade Tran Cam Tu acknowledged and highly appreciated the preparation work of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in the past time. Emphasizing that the Ministry's tasks are very large, very important, short-term, high-demand, with innovation in both technology and fine arts, comrade Tran Cam Tu requested the Ministry and units to continue to seriously, promptly and effectively implement the Conclusion of the Politburo, the Secretariat, and the direction of General Secretary To Lam on this content.

At the meeting, the Standing Secretariat gave opinions on decoration and visual propaganda work in areas and spaces; including the celebratory decoration of the space inside the Hall where the 14th National Party Congress took place at the National Convention Center (NCC), Thang Long Avenue (Hanoi)...

Emphasizing the need to ensure uniformity, solemnity, harmony and aesthetics, comrade Tran Cam Tu requested the Government Party Committee to direct the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to absorb the opinions expressed at the meeting; organize a survey team at the National Convention Center, and develop plans to ensure the requirements and goals set out. The Central Party Office, the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission shall appraise the content, quantity, form and arrangement plan of propaganda slogans...

Emphasizing that time is running out, the requirements for propaganda content must be very specific, ensuring the elements stated in the Party's documents and the direction of the General Secretary, Comrade Tran Cam Tu requested the Party Central Committee Office, the Central Propaganda and Education Commission, and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to continue to coordinate well to propose the most optimal plan to soon report to the Politburo for consideration and approval./.
