Promote support for cooperatives managed by women, creating jobs for female workers

The plan sets out specific targets including: 100% of association officials working to support the development of collective economy and cooperatives are trained; at least 80% of association officials at all levels are improved in their skills in propaganda, mobilization, and support for members and women participating in the development of collective economy and cooperatives; 50% of female managers of cooperatives are trained, fostered, and have improved management and operational capacity in accordance with the production and business activities of cooperatives; training and fostering for members, workers in cooperatives, members, and women who want to participate in the development of collective economy and cooperatives.

At the same time, consolidate and improve the quality and efficiency of cooperatives and cooperative groups; create stable jobs for 50% of members and female workers in cooperatives and 50% of female workers in cooperative groups managed and operated by women; advise and support the establishment of at least 1 new cooperative managed and operated by women, creating jobs for female workers and new jobs for many workers.

People buy goods at the market introducing products of cooperatives and production and business households managed and operated by women.

To achieve the above objectives, the plan proposes many activities such as: Promoting propaganda and mobilizing women to raise awareness about supporting the development of collective economy and cooperatives; enhancing the application of information technology to promote and introduce product consumption connections; introducing typical examples, cooperative models, and typical cooperative groups. On the other hand, consolidating and improving the quality of activities; supporting, consulting, building cooperatives and supporting the improvement of the quality of human resources for cooperatives managed and operated by women, creating jobs for female workers, etc.
