DBV Insurance Group and GXE.VN ride-hailing platform officially signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement, marking an important step forward in enhancing the experience and ensuring safety for customers. According to the agreement, all passengers booking a ride via the Gxe app will be fully protected by DBV's "Travel Insurance" product.

Specifically, customers will be compensated by DBV in case of an unfortunate traffic accident with a protection level of 500 million VND depending on the type of vehicle. Not only that, DBV insurance will support emergency and hospital costs up to 5 million VND, along with compensation for loss of personal documents. The insurance coverage is applied throughout the entire process of the customer using the service, including when getting on the vehicle, during the move and when getting off the vehicle, ensuring peace of mind throughout the journey.

The deployment of DBV travel insurance products on the Gxe application affirms the progress in applying digital insurance technology , helping customers save time and access services in a transparent and quick manner.
