The 4 Resolutions are of special significance, clearly demonstrating strategic orientation, urgent tasks, and long-term requirements for each field, directly impacting the rapid and sustainable development of our country in the new period.

In particular, Resolution No. 59-NQ/TW on International Integration in the New Situation has clearly identified that international integration must be based on the decisive role of internal strength, maximizing internal strength coupled with effectively utilizing external strength is important and maximizing external resources, combining and supplementing internal strength. In integration, we must demonstrate the spirit of being an active and responsible partner.

Resolution No. 70-NQ/TW on Ensuring National Energy Security to 2030, with a vision to 2045, clearly identifies energy security as an important part of national security, directly linked to political stability, economic development, national defense - security and international integration. The Resolution has demonstrated strategic thinking when shifting from the concept of "ensuring supply" to "firmly and proactively ensuring energy security" with a strategic, long-term, multi-dimensional vision.

Resolution 71-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in education and training development clearly identifies education and training as the top national policy, the most important factor determining the future of the nation. Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW on Some Breakthrough Solutions to Strengthen the Protection and Care of People's Health demonstrates the special attention and strong direction of our Party and State towards the protection, care and improvement of people's health in the new era of development. The Resolution clearly states that people are the central subject, given the highest priority in the development and implementation of policies to strengthen the protection, care and improvement of physical health, mental health, stature, longevity, and number of healthy years for comprehensive development, with full, fair and equal access to health services...

The four resolutions that have just been implemented not only provide orientation for the development of sectors and fields, but also clearly define the goals, tasks and solutions for each relevant entity to implement. This is the Party's political commitment to the People for a sustainable and equitable development future.

People expect a lot to enjoy the "sweet fruits" of these resolutions. To do so, agencies, organizations and individuals, within their authority, must develop programs and plans to turn the contents of the resolutions into specific, time-bound actions, quantifying the work to be done. Along with that, it is necessary to continue to improve institutions and policies to remove obstacles and barriers, create an open and transparent legal environment for the fields mentioned in the resolutions, and overcome the situation of "touching and getting stuck" due to overlapping regulations or legal gaps that have not been filled.

A complete and tight legal system is necessary, but it is also necessary to clearly define and allocate sufficient resources for implementation. Avoid the situation where the policy is very good but "very difficult" in terms of resources for implementation. Strengthen the supervision of elected bodies, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations. In addition, strongly innovate communication work, raise awareness of all people about new policies and guidelines, thereby creating consensus and proactive participation in implementation. Improve the quality of cadres, civil servants and public employees, especially at the grassroots level, because they are the ones who directly "bring resolutions to the people", bring resolutions to the grassroots level.
