The report at the Congress showed that 2024 is a challenging period for the entire real estate market. However, Khai Hoan Land still maintains stable operations, completes the organizational system, strengthens the brand and achieves positive business results with a profit after tax of more than 54.6 billion VND, an increase of more than 115% over the same period last year.
Speaking at the Congress, Ms. Dinh Thi Nhat Hanh, Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors and General Director of Khai Hoan Land Group said: “The context of 2024 has many fluctuations, from interest rates to global geopolitical factors, causing a sharp decline in purchasing power. However, thanks to a methodical operating foundation and a steadfast spirit, Khai Hoan Land has maintained a stable development pace. Compared to the general industry level, we still achieved positive results.”
With a medium and long-term vision, the Group's Board of Directors identifies 2025 as a pivotal milestone in its 5-year strategy, focusing on the role of investor and project developer. This year's business plan is built towards sustainable growth, in line with the market's gradual recovery.
Specifically, Khai Hoan Land sets a target of net revenue of VND 357 billion, an increase of 15% compared to 2024; profit after tax of VND 65 billion, an increase of 20% compared to 2024. In parallel with the goal of sustainable development, the Group also approved the profit distribution plan for 2025, in which priority is given to reinvestment in projects, strengthening the financial situation to protect stability and long-term sustainable development.
“We choose a long-term and in-depth approach. This is a plan with a vision for growth over many years, with a positive outlook and the goal of bringing long-term benefits to the company and shareholders,” Ms. Hanh added.
At the meeting, many shareholders expressed their interest in the company's financial restructuring activities, including the early repurchase of VND300 billion worth of bonds last year. Explaining this, Ms. Hanh said that this was a deliberate move to improve financial health and reduce pressure on capital costs. At the same time, the company's current debt structure is mainly medium and long-term debt, allowing Khai Hoan Land to be more proactive in arranging cash flow and development resources in the medium term.
To achieve the expected goal and maintain its position in the market, the representative of Khai Hoan Land also emphasized that it will continue to strengthen two pillars: project development cooperation and brokerage, while maintaining its position as a leading strategic partner of reputable investors in the market such as Vingroup, T&T Group , Masterise Homes, Kepple Land, CapitaLand, Phu Long, Khang Dien, ... This is an advantage that helps the Group expand its product ecosystem, creating a stable and diverse supply source for the distribution system.
Along with a clear strategic orientation, Khai Hoan Land is synchronously implementing many solutions such as optimizing product portfolio, increasing strategic cooperation, flexible financial management.
