The inauguration ceremony of the new factory took place on the morning of June 1 at Lot 4, Binh Phu Industrial Park, Mong Hoa Commune, Hoa Binh City, Hoa Binh Province, after 2 years of preparation and groundbreaking for the project. The ceremony was attended by the management board of Hoa Binh Province Industrial Parks, representatives of local authorities, contractors and media agencies.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Pham Van Khanh - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vinatech Group - said: “The inauguration of the new factory is not only aimed at expanding production, but also as a foundation for developing a smart warehouse model, towards comprehensive digital transformation. Hoa Binh factory is built with an area of over 20,000m2, meeting the standards of the most modern shelf factory, with a supply capacity of 30,000 tons/year to the market. The entire production line has a high level of automation, applying advanced technologies that meet ISO 9001:2015 quality standards such as: automatic robot welding machine, CNC laser cutting machine, automatic electrostatic painting line, rolling forming line... Products when leaving the factory are strictly inspected, ensuring the output has consistent quality, durability, and beauty to meet the strict standards of both domestic and international markets.

Vinatech Hoa Binh factory will focus on automatic shelf products for smart warehouse solutions, notably the AS/RS automatic storage and retrieval system integrated with automatic picking robots, flexible import and export conveyors and warehouse management software (WMS); along with the Shuttle Four Way shelf system and many other automatic shelf products.
Vinatech's smart warehouse solutions have been thoroughly solving many difficult problems for businesses, from high warehouse costs, limited storage space, inventory errors, to the lack of real-time data control.
