Hanoi University of Culture's benchmark score: Journalism major has the highest benchmark score of 28.9

Hanoi University of Culture has announced the 2024 admission scores according to both methods: considering high school graduation exam scores (method 100) and considering high school transcripts (method 200).

The school also divides admission scores into two groups, the group considered by the combination of block C00 (literature, history, geography) and the group considered by the remaining combinations.

On a 30-point scale, Journalism is the major with the highest benchmark score of 28.9 points according to the C00 combination. The benchmark scores of other combinations of Journalism are also up to 27.9 points. The second is Law with a benchmark score of 28.8 points.

On a 40-point scale, English language has the highest standard score of 34.35 points.

Hanoi University of Culture also noted that the admission score includes the total admission score and the regional and subject priority score. In case there are many candidates with the same score at the end of the list, the school will use the secondary criterion of the candidates' preference order.

In 2024, Hanoi University of Culture will enroll 1,850 students. Of which, the school will use 65% of the enrollment quota for the 2024 high school graduation exam results, 15% for high school transcripts, and 20% for other methods.

In case other admission methods do not meet the quota, the remaining quota will be transferred to admission based on high school graduation exam results.
