Operating in the field of producing fuel oil from plastic products, after more than 20 years of establishment and development, up to now, Globe Holdings Corporation (Phu Ly city) has become one of the leading units in Vietnam in the field of producing fuel oil from plastic products with a capacity of over 33,700 tons of oil/year, plastic pellets over 47,500 tons/year. The company currently has 3 production lines with modern technology, including a semi-automatic line, using raw materials such as rubber such as conveyor belts, tires of all kinds and low-value plastic; an automatic technology line, using raw materials such as rubber tires, plastic; a technology line to distill used lubricants into fuel oil. Maintaining a double-digit growth rate each year, Globe Holdings not only helps solve the problem of employment for workers but also contributes to limiting plastic waste in the environment. Continuously researching, innovating production technology and actively seeking new partners to expand the consumption market, increase the value of exported products. Recently, Globe Holdings signed a cooperation agreement on research, investment in manufacturing and processing plastic products with Elevated Elements Group and signed a cooperation agreement on trading plastic products with Multiply AG. These are large German economic groups operating in the field of clean energy, manufacturing products from recycled plastic.

In the province's industrial parks, since the beginning of 2025, 39 new projects in the processing and manufacturing industry have been attracted with a total investment capital of 545 million USD and 4,195 billion VND (accounting for over 56% of the total number of newly attracted projects in the industrial parks). Thereby, the total number of projects in the processing and manufacturing industry in the province's industrial parks has increased to 323 projects, with a total investment capital of nearly 3,000 million USD and 37,390 billion VND, accounting for approximately 47% of the total number of projects in the industrial parks. Among the new projects attracting investment in the first months of 2025, there are many large-scale industrial processing and manufacturing projects such as Casla Kitchenware Joint Stock Company, Red Board Technology Company Limited (Vietnam), Delicious Snack Food Joint Stock Company... These are projects that are assessed to have development potential. When put into stable operation, they will create jobs and stable income for thousands of workers.
Along with the bright spots in attracting new investment projects, industrial parks in the province have also recorded outstanding results in production and business development of processing and manufacturing enterprises that are investing. In 2025, many enterprises have plans to expand production scale and recruit more workers, typically Wistron Infocomm Co., Ltd. (Vietnam), Dong Van III Industrial Park (Duy Tien). As an enterprise with 100% capital investment from Taiwan (China), investing in Ha Nam since 2021, up to now, Wistron Infocomm (Vietnam) has had strong development, becoming one of the enterprises employing the most workers in the province. Specializing in designing and manufacturing information technology and communications equipment, laptops, tablets and other electronic products, Wistron Infocomm (Vietnam) is employing over 6,500 workers and is expected to increase to 10,000 by the end of 2025. Mr. Lin Su - Ming, General Director of Wistron Infocomm (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. said: With the attention and facilitation in all aspects of the Ha Nam provincial government and functional agencies, especially in the work of recruiting workers and supporting foreign experts to enter the country, Wistron Infocomm (Vietnam) is constantly growing. Production output and workers have increased sharply over the years. We expect that in the coming years, consumption output will increase by 20%/year.
Resolution No. 11-NQ/TU dated September 15, 2021 of the Provincial Party Committee on promoting industrial development, focusing on high-tech industry, supporting industry, processing, manufacturing and services serving industrial development towards modernity and sustainability in the period of 2021-2025, with a vision to 2030, identifies the viewpoint: Developing information technology industry as the main industry, processing and manufacturing industry as the focus, smart manufacturing industry as a breakthrough; focusing on developing green industry. At the same time, the target is set that by 2025, processing industry will account for 20%, manufacturing and assembly industry will account for 23.5% of the total industrial production value of the whole province; the proportion of high-tech industrial products in processing and manufacturing industries will reach at least 25%. With the results achieved in attracting investment as well as the actual production and business efficiency of enterprises in the processing and manufacturing industry, we believe that Ha Nam can completely achieve and exceed the goals set out in Resolution No. 11-NQ/TU.
