In particular, the locality has increased support for people to develop livestock and invest in repairing degraded infrastructure.

After the merger, Pa Tan commune quickly completed the leadership and management apparatus, issued timely and complete appropriate mechanisms and policies covering basically all areas of life, economy, society, culture, health, education ... Up to now, rural infrastructure has been increased investment, the appearance of the countryside has changed significantly.

With the participation of the entire political system and the efforts of the people, the commune has achieved many positive results. The total food output of the commune is estimated at 3,420 tons, the forest coverage rate is 53.25%. Livestock and crop farming are carried out scientifically and reasonably by the people in the commune, making the most of the local land advantages. Comprehensive economic models with an income of 70 - 80 million VND/year are appearing more and more.

Currently, the whole commune has 7 schools, 119 classrooms with 3,153 students and 181 teachers (96% qualified). Many schools have been invested in modernly, becoming quality educational centers in the highlands. Despite significant achievements, the National Target Program 1719 in Pa Tan commune still faces many challenges. Difficult terrain, harsh weather conditions and the lack of high-quality human resources are still obstacles that need to be addressed. Maintaining and replicating sustainable livelihood models, improving production capacity and market access for people, especially those in remote areas, remains a key task in the next phase.
