Traffic safety administrative procedure reception point

Kinhtedothi - Ha Nam Provincial Police announced a change in the location for handling administrative violations in the field of traffic safety and order after stopping the operation of district-level police.

From March 1, according to Decree No. 02/2025/ND-CP dated February 18, 2025 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and new organizational structure of the Ministry of Public Security , the local police system will have 2 levels: provincial and communal.

From March 1, a total of 694 district-level police agencies and nearly 6,000 affiliated professional teams will cease operations. Accordingly, 53 functions and tasks of district-level police will be transferred to provincial and commune-level police.

For Ha Nam Provincial Police, the work of handling administrative violations in the field of traffic safety and order of districts, towns and cities has been transferred to the Traffic Police Department of Ha Nam Provincial Police.
