Attending the conference were Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ho An Phong, representatives of departments and divisions under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, representatives of the UNESCO Office in Vietnam, leaders of Ninh Binh province, representatives of the Indian Embassy in Vietnam, directors, producers, and actors from Vietnam and India.

Speaking at the Conference, Deputy Minister Ho An Phong affirmed: Cinema is one of the key and most important industries of Vietnam's cultural industry.

The Government, as well as Ministries, departments, branches and relevant agencies will create the best conditions for the Vietnamese Film Industry to not only develop but also contribute to the overall development of the country's culture, entertainment and economy .

Vietnam has a very beautiful natural landscape and background, with extremely rich and unique tropical rainforests, rivers, mountains and plains.

In particular, Vietnam has a culture of thousands of years of history and Ninh Binh is the capital of the first centralized feudal state, with great value in culture, people, and beautiful nature. If combined with the quintessence of world cinema and Bollywood India, it will create wonderful values ​​and contribute to the general development of culture and promote tourism development.

At the same time, the Deputy Minister also believes that businesses, units, groups, individuals, artists, film crews, and actors who share the same passion for cinema from Vietnam and India will cooperate closely with each other and produce quality cinema works, while promoting the beautiful image of the country, people, and nature of Vietnam to international friends.

According to Vice Chairman of Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee Tran Song Tung: In the development orientation of Ninh Binh province, tourism and cultural industry are identified as key economic clusters, focusing on cultural heritage and creative people. This is also one of the important pillars in the development strategy of Ninh Binh to develop into a centrally-run city.
