In addition to the content of popularizing the law, the training program focuses on the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in production, business and brand development in the digital environment. Mr. Cao Quy Long emphasized that AI has become an essential tool to help businesses optimize work processes, increase efficiency and improve customer experience. According to statistics, more than 80% of online retailers have been applying AI.
Trainees were specifically instructed on how to exploit the power of AI in personalizing customer experiences, creating content, promoting products and automating operations. In particular, Mr. Long introduced solutions to create AI virtual assistants to help businesses reduce the workload of customer care. Actual figures show that 66% of Vietnamese businesses are now using AI to communicate with customers and 63% are using it to find new customers.
AI in Action: Immediate Application to Rural Business Planning

The special feature of the program is the practical part and direct exchange between lecturers and students. Delegates from three communes and representatives of industrial clusters experienced how to apply AI in business planning, data analysis and customer interaction optimization. These practical parts help learners better understand the benefits of technology in commercial activities and can immediately apply it in practice at their businesses, cooperatives and production facilities.
The conference helped participants better understand new trends in e-commerce and how AI can practically support daily business operations, from product promotion, customer care to sales management in the digital environment. The knowledge and skills shared at the program are suitable for the actual conditions of enterprises, cooperatives and production facilities in rural areas, thereby helping people gradually expand output, improve product consumption efficiency and enhance the competitiveness of local industrial clusters and industries.
The representative of the Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy affirmed that it will continue to accompany localities, including Hai Phong city, to expand specialized training programs.
