The Information and Educational Programs Center (Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training) in collaboration with SANTANI Joint Stock Company has just launched and announced a cooperation agreement to develop the project "S-Gallery Digital Library - Multimedia Knowledge Experience".

The project is being implemented to fulfill the orientation of promoting reading culture and digital transformation in education as stipulated in Circular 02/2025/TT-BGDĐT.

Collaboration between educational management units and social enterprises is seen as a step to expand resources, aiming to build a learning environment that integrates knowledge, technology, and culture, thereby fostering a spirit of "inheriting heritage - stepping into the future" in students.

S-Gallery developed from a pilot digital cultural library model at Chuong Duong Primary School (Ho Chi Minh City), where students were guided to learn about the school's Mau Than Monument using virtual reality technology and access various topics such as Vietnamese history, famous figures, heritage, and art.

Following the pilot project's results in May 2025, the project is entering a new phase with an expanded scale to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the formation and development of Ho Chi Minh City's education sector.

According to the plan, S-Gallery is to be built as a multimedia knowledge ecosystem, applying AR/VR technology and interactive screens to create a visual learning environment, stimulating independent thinking and self-learning habits in students.

In Phase 1 (from November 20, 2025 to January 9, 2026), SANTANI Company will be responsible for designing, building, and operating the system, and transferring it to the first 10 schools.

The Information and Educational Programs Center plays a leading role in content direction and communication support within the education system. The project received funding from the QBB cheese brand (Japan), contributing to the creation of cultural experience spaces in libraries.

Sharing her vision for the project, Ms. Tran Ngoc Nguyet Que, CEO of SANTANI JSC, said: “Knowledge only truly has meaning when it is shared and passed down through generations. We believe that the S-Gallery Digital Library is not just a digital library, but a journey to preserve cultural memories and inspire a spirit of lifelong learning in the younger generation.”
