This is a solid step forward for the education sector in Tuyen Quang province, in the context of the education sector accelerating the 2018 General Education Program and the digital transformation process.
This activity is also seen as a strategic and timely step by the Department of Education and Training of Tuyen Quang province to consolidate and improve the effectiveness of management and the quality of teaching and learning, especially after the province implemented a two-tiered local government model and no longer had a Department of Education and Training level.
The establishment of 39 professional clusters at various educational levels, including connections between schools in more developed and disadvantaged areas, has created a "knowledge forum" for teachers in mountainous and lowland regions to progress together.

A bridge of innovation from the border to the cities.
At Cluster No. 1, the atmosphere was lively at two locations: Dong Van A Primary School and Thai Phin Tung Ethnic Boarding Primary and Secondary School. The event was attended not only by leaders and specialists from the Department of Education and Training, but also by teachers from many different schools.
Notably, the 10 demonstration lessons provided a valuable opportunity for teachers to interact, learn, and gain firsthand experience with students in border regions.
Innovation in teaching methods goes beyond theory. Many lessons have demonstrated outstanding effectiveness when applying information technology and artificial intelligence (AI). A prime example is the Grade 3 Music lesson at Dong Van A Primary School, taught by Mr. Le Anh Tuan (Hong Thai Primary School, Minh Xuan Ward). Integrating technology has maximized students' active participation, initiative, and creativity, aligning with the competency-based development goals of the 2018 curriculum.
The presence of technology in teaching continued to be a highlight throughout the cluster meetings. At Yen Thuan Ethnic Boarding Primary School (Cluster No. 13), the topic "Applying Artificial Intelligence software to teaching" attracted particular attention. In the demonstration lesson on 4th grade math by teacher Lo Van Chinh, students accessed knowledge through virtual characters and engaging interactive games. This is clear evidence that digital transformation is creating fundamental changes, making lessons more lively and engaging, and enhancing the learning ability of students in disadvantaged areas.

Similarly, at Professional Cluster No. 15, the workshop at Thanh Thuy Ethnic Boarding Primary School brought together 75 key administrators and teachers. The demonstration lessons on the topic "Applying Digital Transformation in Teaching Vietnamese Language" were highly appreciated for their practicality and potential for replication.
In particular, with the spirit of "spreading expertise - connecting knowledge," Duc Ninh Primary School proactively supported the organization of an in-depth training session on the application of AI in teaching for schools in the cluster, contributing to improving the digital skills of the entire staff.
Practical solutions to local education problems.
One of the major challenges facing Tuyen Quang's education sector after the provincial merger is the effective implementation of the local education program. Professional Cluster No. 6 organized a thematic discussion frankly addressing this issue: "The current situation and solutions for implementing the local education program after the provincial merger."

The event was held at Son Nam Primary School in Son Thuy commune and connected online with 23 other locations, demonstrating a determination to find common solutions. The experimental lesson in Local Education – “Proud of Tuyen Quang, My Homeland” – conducted by Ms. Pham Thi Hong Van made a strong impression. With flexible and creative organization, application of technology and active teaching techniques, the lesson not only conveyed knowledge but also aroused interest, helping students proactively learn about their homeland.
The vibrant atmosphere and spirit of learning and creativity were not limited to the larger clusters. At Meo Vac Primary School (Cluster No. 2), the Department's primary education professional advisory team was present to directly support and advise the schools. The discussions focused on core issues such as innovative teaching methods, competency-based student assessment, digital transformation, and STEM education.
The enthusiasm of teachers in the mountainous region created a special highlight for the cluster activities, demonstrating a high level of consensus in implementing the key tasks of the school year.
Besides professional expertise, sharing management experience is also an important aspect. At Cluster 11, principals and vice-principals engaged in extensive discussions on the application of artificial intelligence and digital transformation in school management, contributing to the modernization of educational management.
Acknowledging and appreciating the proactive, creative, and united spirit of the professional clusters, the Department of Education and Training of Tuyen Quang affirmed the role of the cluster model as a particularly important solution for the sector.

At the recent conference reviewing the performance of professional clusters, Mr. Vu Dinh Hung, Director of the Department of Education and Training of Tuyen Quang province, acknowledged the efforts of the schools and professional clusters. Mr. Vu Dinh Hung emphasized: “The clusters have been proactive, flexible, and responsible in organizing professional activities in accordance with the directives of the Department of Education and Training, making a significant contribution to improving the management efficiency and teaching quality of schools in the province, especially after the provincial merger.”
The Director of the Department of Education and Training of Tuyen Quang also expressed confidence and requested that the professional clusters, especially the principals serving as cluster leaders and deputy leaders, continue to uphold their sense of responsibility and dedication to further improve the effectiveness of their activities, aiming for the overall progress of education in Tuyen Quang province.
Cluster-based professional development activities have truly become a valuable forum where teachers can interact, learn, share experiences, and jointly promote innovation in teaching methods. With proactiveness, creativity, and a spirit of knowledge connection, the primary education sector in Tuyen Quang is taking steady steps on the path to improving educational quality, integrating deeply with the trend of digital transformation, and developing students' competencies.
