From about 11:00 a.m. on November 19, the power grid system at raw water pumping stations, water treatment stations and related areas of many factories was completely cut off.
The incident caused the clean water production line to temporarily stop operating, unable to operate raw water pumps and water transmission. More seriously, backup generators at some stations could not operate due to flooding and adverse weather conditions.

Currently, the water reserve in the reservoirs is decreasing rapidly. The company has had to stop supplying water at the water plants: Tuy Hoa, Dong Xuan, Tuy An.
The risk of widespread water supply outage in the entire eastern part of Dak Lak province is very high.
