Signing of a commitment between An Giang ContinuingEducation Center, parents and students on "Prevention of school violence, e-cigarettes and child abuse in the 2024 - 2025 school year"
At the forum, nearly 900 cadres, teachers, staff, and students of grades 10, 11, and 12 of An Giang Continuing Education Center were presented with a report on the topic "Prevention of school violence, e-cigarettes, and child abuse"; a report by a homeroom teacher on "Homeroom teachers' experiences in classroom management and prevention of deviant behavior"; and a report by a student on "My perception of the consequences of e-cigarettes in schools".
Through the forum, An Giang Continuing Education Center recommends that teachers further strengthen the education of ethics, life skills, and cultural behavior skills for students through lessons, extracurricular activities, and homeroom work; parents need to accompany, care, listen, and share with their children; proactively coordinate with schools to promptly detect and prevent unusual manifestations; students need to clearly understand the serious consequences of violent behavior, e-cigarette smoking, and be alert to the risks of abuse.
