Live exercise "Fighting against enemy infiltration in border areas"

On August 4, the Quang Binh Border Guard Command organized a live-fire exercise "Fighting enemy infiltration into border areas" in 2022 in the border area of Quang Dong commune (Quang Trach district, Quang Binh province).

The drill was organized by Comrade Doan Ngoc Lam, Permanent Vice Chairman of Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee as Head of the Organizing Committee. The drill was directly directed by Colonel Trinh Thanh Binh, Commander of Quang Binh Border Guard, Deputy Organizing Committee.

The live-fire exercise "Fighting against enemy infiltration into border areas" is an activity within the combat plan in the border defense area of the Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee and the Quang Binh Border Guard Command.

This activity has practical significance in training commanders and units to improve their capacity and working style in organizing, commanding and operating activities in a state of combat readiness, preparing for combat practice in the work of protecting national border security and sovereignty .

The hypothetical situation of the exercise was that when an armed commando unit was discovered to have infiltrated our border area, the Roon Border Guard Station would immediately coordinate with the militia of Quang Dong commune to mobilize forces, approach, surround, and completely destroy the commando unit.

The live-fire drill took place over one day, ending with absolute safety for people and equipment.

Mr. Doan Ngoc Lam - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the exercise organizing committee, and Colonel Trinh Thanh Binh - Commander of the Quang Binh Border Guard presented gifts to encourage officers, soldiers and joint forces participating in the exercise.
