The event was organized by the Vietnamese Women's Forum in Europe.
In the context of the digital revolution taking place rapidly around the world, Vietnam is also making practical changes in technology development. For the overseas Vietnamese community, especially women - who have the mission of preserving Vietnamese identity and integrating well, adapting to technological development is something that cannot be delayed.

This second forum (the first one will be held on June 3, 2023) will be an opportunity for Vietnamese women in Europe to meet, exchange, share experiences and learn to advance in the journey of positioning Vietnamese values on the world map.
The Vietnamese Women's Forum in Europe, with its widespread influence and prestige, was once again allowed by the Hungarian National Assembly to organize this meaningful event at the headquarters of the host country's highest legislative body.
The forum will welcome Vice President of the Hungarian Parliament Márta Márta to attend and deliver a welcome speech. Representatives of women in Europe, businesses, and training institutions will present papers on the necessary changes in the digital age.

The event aims to connect Vietnamese women living, studying and working in Europe - those who both preserve the core of traditional values and are dynamic and creative in a modern environment. In the digital age, they are an effective bridge between the homeland and the world, between Vietnamese cultural identity and the flow of global innovation, in line with the criteria of the organization of the Vietnamese Women's Forum in Europe "Confident, dynamic, creative, connected".
The event is even more meaningful as it is held on the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Hungary and the 35th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and the European Union.
This forum is expected to welcome nearly 300 delegates from 18 countries, marking a new step forward in the mission of connecting and affirming the position of Vietnamese women in Europe in the era of national development.
The Vietnamese Women's Forum in Europe was formed after the first Forum, and is a legal entity registered in Hungary.
Currently, the Forum includes members from 18 European countries with an Executive Board of 62 members chaired by Dr. Phan Bich Thien. In nearly two years since its establishment, the Forum has had many meaningful activities to connect and enhance the Vietnamese women's movement in Europe, connect with domestic organizations as well as integrate internationally.
