Delegation of the Department of Science and Technology attended the first Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.

On November 29, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee organized the first Congress of delegates for the 2025 - 2030 term. Attending the Congress were comrades Vu Ba Phuong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee; comrade Nong Thi Nhung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Chairman of the Provincial Youth Union Council; and 120 outstanding delegates. The delegation of the Department of Science and Technology included 2 comrades: Tang Thi Thuy Vy - Secretary of the Youth Union; Lam Thi Oanh - Member of the Youth Union Executive Committee. The delegation attended in full, gave speeches, and actively contributed ideas to the discussion contents of the Congress.

In particular, comrade Tang Thi Thuy Vy - Secretary of the Youth Union of the Department of Science and Technology has been appointed to hold the position of Member of the Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee, term I, 2025 - 2030. This is an honor and also a great responsibility for the youth of the Department of Science and Technology in continuing to promote the spirit of initiative, creativity, pioneering, and breakthrough in the development of science and technology, innovation and digital transformation.
