Director of VNPT An Giang Pham Hung Hai said: “Regarding digital infrastructure, we have worked with the province to build a dedicated data transmission network system, connecting to 100% of state agencies from the provincial to the communal level. The system is deployed to 155 communes, wards and towns, ensuring smooth and safe connections. At the same time, we are synchronously deploying important data systems, in which priority is given to deploying the Management and Data Exploitation System for the health and agricultural sectors.”

Digital platforms are the backbone of digital transformation, helping businesses and the Government accelerate digitalization, optimize operations and develop the digital economy . An Giang deploys a Platform for assessing plant pests and an Automatic Response Platform for Administrative Procedures. The network information security monitoring system (SOC) helps monitor, detect and prevent cyber attacks in a timely manner. In addition, a malware monitoring and handling system (Endpoint) has been deployed at the provincial data center and 11 districts, towns and cities.

Implementing digital government, An Giang cooperates with enterprises to deploy the Public Service Portal, the Provincial Administrative Procedure Information System (VNPT iGate); the document management and administration system (VNPT-iOffice) to support document processing in the electronic environment; the dynamic data synthesis reporting information system; the smart tourism system... Regarding the digital economy, thousands of enterprises in the province have applied digital solutions such as electronic invoices, digital signatures, and business management software.

One of the important milestones of digital transformation in An Giang is the strong development of digital society, focusing on education and healthcare. In recent years, the company has deployed the vnEdu Smart Education Ecosystem for schools at all levels, an interactive app between parents and schools; a hospital management system, and electronic medical records for medical facilities.

The Provincial People's Committee reviewed and agreed on the plan to organize the launching ceremony of the "Popular Digital Education" movement associated with the launch of the "Lifelong Learning" application on May 19. This is a clear demonstration of the high political determination of the provincial leaders in promoting comprehensive digital transformation, affirming the pioneering and creative role of VNPT An Giang when actively accompanying the province in implementing Resolution 57-NQ/TW.

The unit deploys the "Lifelong Learning" application, fully integrated on the Digital Citizen application platform (SmartAnGiang), clearly demonstrating the ability to apply modern technology into practice, meeting the requirements of educational development and building a digital learning society in the province. Not stopping at providing a simple technology platform, the "Lifelong Learning" application opens up a comprehensive digital education ecosystem with a rich open learning resource, high-quality online courses, and smart self-study support tools. In particular, with the support of artificial intelligence (AI), the application allows personalization of the learning path, helping to improve learning efficiency, increase interaction, and meet the diverse learning needs of the people.
