Once a year, the Executive Board of the Trade Union organizes a dialogue to promptly grasp the thoughts and aspirations of employees. On that basis, negotiate with employers to sign collective labor agreements with more favorable terms for employees in terms of wages, bonuses, job security, improving professional skills, behavioral culture; and implementing gender equality policies.

In addition, the Company's leaders coordinated with the Trade Union to visit and give gifts to employees who were sick or had unexpected difficulties. In addition, the Trade Union also coordinated with the Company's leaders to invest in improving the quality of mid-shift meals for more than 600 officers, workers, and employees with an average rate of 25,000 VND/meal/day. On holidays and Tet, the Trade Union allocated billions of VND from the welfare fund to organize activities to care for union members, workers, and employees.

With the characteristic that female workers account for more than 85%, the Company's Trade Union always attaches importance to taking care of the lives and protecting the rights of women while promoting the movement to build "prosperous-equal-progressive-happy" families.

At Dak Doa Coffee Company, the signing of collective labor agreements is always associated with the production and business activities of the unit. Ms. Dang Thi Nha - Chairwoman of the Company's Trade Union - said: When signing a collective labor agreement, the employer is aware of complying with the regulations and strives to find ways to ensure the regime and benefits for employees. In return, employees are also assured to work and are committed to the business.

“Every year, the Company commits to considering year-end bonuses (13th month salary) for all employees who have signed a fixed-term labor contract with the company. In addition, on holidays and Tet, the Company also gives gifts and bonuses to employees and gives special rewards to employees with good achievements,” Ms. Nha added.

Mr. Tran Thanh Hai - Deputy Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs: Currently, many enterprises are interested in improving working conditions, enhancing the material and spiritual life of employees. The province also pays attention to investing in mechanisms and policies for developing housing and welfare facilities for workers in industrial parks, contributing to creating a foundation for building increasingly harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.

In recent years, the province has effectively implemented Directive No. 37-CT/TW dated September 3, 2019 of the Secretariat on strengthening leadership and direction to build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in the new situation.

Mr. Tran Thanh Hai - Deputy Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs - said: The Department regularly coordinates with the Provincial Federation of Labor to direct all levels of Trade Unions to coordinate with business owners to deploy and implement a number of measures to build harmonious and stable labor relations, such as: building internal rules and regulations; signing collective labor agreements with terms more favorable to employees than those prescribed by law; implementing grassroots democracy regulations; organizing dialogues...

Coordinate with employers to develop regulations on salary, bonus, and labor norms; propose solutions to improve working conditions; care for the lives of union members and employees; propose and negotiate with employers to improve the quality of shift meals, organize cultural, sports , and social activities in agencies, units, and enterprises. Coordinate with specialized sectors and authorities at the same level to urge and direct units to implement grassroots democracy regulations through directing and organizing conferences of cadres, civil servants, labor conferences, dialogue conferences, etc.

According to statistics, from the beginning of the year to March 10, the whole province had 1,319/1,380 agencies and units organizing conferences for cadres, civil servants, and public employees, reaching 95.58%; 101/236 enterprises were qualified to organize labor conferences, reaching 42.8%. The good news is that heads of agencies, units, and employers organized conferences for cadres, civil servants, and public employees, labor conferences, and dialogues at the workplace, and the quality of implementing grassroots democracy regulations has been improved. The content of the conferences is increasingly practical, focusing on solving issues related to production, business, and work of agencies, units, and enterprises; promoting the ownership of union members and employees to contribute to building sustainable development of agencies, units, and enterprises.
