The report at the conference stated that, with the attention and regular direction of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Military Service Council has deployed and implemented the military recruitment work in 2025 in accordance with regulations. The Council advised the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee to focus on leading and directing the political system at all levels to strengthen the dissemination and effective propaganda of the military recruitment task; issue a complete system of leadership and direction documents. Along with that, the Military Service Council at all levels advised the Party Committees and authorities at the same level to properly implement the military recruitment process; organize the military enlistment festival and the military handover ceremony closely, safely and economically according to the instructions of the Ministry of National Defense , Military Region 5 and the province.

Localities organized to review the actual capacity of citizens of military service age, conduct political review in accordance with regulations; review subjects eligible for exemption, deferment, and not yet called up for military service; organize preliminary health screening for citizens of military service age. Thanks to that, more than 70 thousand citizens registered and managed their military service age, reaching 4.31% of the population.

The Provincial Military Service Council organized a conference to coordinate military recruitment with 14 units under the Ministry of National Defense, Military Region 5 and the Provincial Police; the district level organized coordination with units receiving soldiers at the Regiment level and equivalent in accordance with regulations. In 2025, the whole province finalized the number of soldiers issued for military service: 2,996/2,875 citizens, reaching 104.2% (of which 4.2% were in reserve). The total target for military recruitment was 2,875 citizens, of which 2,406 citizens (including 6 women) were assigned to military units, and 469 citizens were assigned to police units, reaching 100% of the target. In 2025, the quality of military recruitment was guaranteed according to regulations when health level 1 reached 7.8%, level 2 reached 45.5%, and level 3 reached 47.6%. Regarding educational level, secondary school level reached 45.3%, high school level reached 53.3%; intermediate, college and university level reached 5.70% (an increase of 1.07% compared to 2024 ); party members reached 1.56% (an increase of 0.09% compared to 2024).

Localities regularly pay attention to directing departments, branches, and socio-political organizations to effectively implement military rear policies, promptly visit and encourage families in difficult circumstances, and give gifts to citizens leaving for military service with a total amount of more than 2.7 billion VND.

At the conference, delegates discussed and proposed a number of solutions to improve the military recruitment work in 2026. On this occasion, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to 5 groups and 5 individuals for their outstanding achievements in military recruitment work in 2025.
