During the term, despite facing many difficulties due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and the requirement to carry out many new and urgent tasks, the Provincial Party Committee, Party committees and Inspection Committees at all levels have led and directed the comprehensive and effective implementation of inspection, supervision and Party discipline enforcement work.

Specifically, the province inspected nearly 5,000 party organizations and more than 7,000 party members; supervised nearly 1,400 party organizations and more than 6,800 party members. The Inspection Committees at all levels alone supervised nearly 1,100 party organizations and nearly 1,200 party members.

At the conference, delegates discussed and evaluated the results achieved, clarified the limitations, causes and proposed solutions to improve the quality of inspection and supervision work in the coming term. In his speech, Lai Chau Provincial Party Secretary Giang Pao My requested Party committees and Inspection Committees at all levels to continue to promote propaganda and dissemination of policies and resolutions of the Central and the province on inspection and supervision work. Emphasizing the need to concretize and perfect procedures and regulations in accordance with reality, he requested strict implementation of the principle "wherever there are party organizations and party members, there must be inspection and supervision"; not leaving any area or field vacant.

Strongly innovate thinking and implementation methods; promote digital transformation, improve the capacity to prevent violations; proactively detect and control, not leaving "dark areas" or "gaps"; effectively carry out inspection and supervision work to serve Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.
