The two sides informed each other about the situation in each country, the guidelines, policies, and development goals of the two Parties and countries, and issues arising in the context of major and complex changes in the international and regional context; at the same time, they shared practical experiences in Party building, propaganda and mass mobilization, and socio-economic development.
The two sides agreed that the Policy Dialogue is an effective cooperation channel for the two Parties to better understand each other's situation and world trends, and to share views on many theoretical and practical issues of mutual concern at the national, regional and global levels.
The two sides emphasized that promoting the strong development of science and technology, innovation, digital transformation and institutional reform are the right and breakthrough directions for rapid and sustainable national development. The two sides agreed to strengthen cooperation and coordinate the stances of the two Parties, thereby contributing to promoting comprehensive cooperation between the two countries, actively contributing to peace, stability and sustainable development in the region and the world.
During the exchange, the German leaders and the German Left Party expressed their impressions and congratulated Vietnam on its development achievements and determination to innovate in recent times, and believed that Vietnam would achieve the major goals set in the new era.
