Provincial Party Secretary received the Suzhou Industrial Park Development Promotion Association (China)

On June 7, Comrade Vu Dai Thang, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, received a delegation of the Suzhou Industrial Park Development Promotion Association (China) led by Mr. Cao Tan Van, Chairman of the Association, who came to study and learn about investment in Quang Ninh. Also receiving the delegation was Comrade Cao Tuong Huy, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Comrade Vu Dai Thang, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, received Mr. Cao Tan Van, Chairman of the Suzhou Industrial Park Development Promotion Association (China).

At the meeting, members of the Suzhou Industrial Park Development Promotion Association introduced some key features of the association. Accordingly, the association was established in August 2019 with the role of promoting the development of industrial parks and facilitating cooperation between enterprises. This is also the first industry association in the field of industrial park development in the Yangtze River Delta region, China.

Appreciating the potential and advantages in the development of Quang Ninh , the association members expressed their desire to learn about investment opportunities in industrial parks as well as investment attraction policies of Quang Ninh province, especially industrial development planning; development orientation as well as the development situation of industrial parks in Quang Ninh. Thereby, it aims to connect and promote cooperation between Suzhou enterprises and local enterprises in Quang Ninh.

Expressing his joy at welcoming the delegation of the Suzhou Industrial Park Development Promotion Association, Comrade Vu Dai Thang, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, introduced some advantages as well as preferential investment policies of Quang Ninh. Especially the advantages of geographical location, traffic infrastructure, investment and business environment. He affirmed that in recent times, many Chinese investors have chosen and achieved success when investing in Quang Ninh. The Provincial Party Committee Secretary hoped that after the delegation's visit, investors and enterprises in the Suzhou Industrial Park Development Promotion Association will continue to research and choose Quang Ninh as an investment destination for new projects in the future, especially investment projects in the production of deep-processed products with high added value and scientific content, projects that contribute to promoting the green transformation and digital transformation roadmap of the province.

To facilitate businesses in the process of learning about Quang Ninh, the Provincial Party Secretary assigned the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board to be the focal point to connect and provide information to investors and businesses wishing to learn more about investment opportunities in the province.
