Comrade Doan Tri Nhan holds the position of Chairman of Dao Thanh Ward Trade Union.

Dao Thanh Ward Trade Union was established on October 1, 2025 according to Decision No. 144/QD-LĐLĐ of Dong Thap Provincial Labor Federation and received 33 grassroots Trade Unions and grassroots Trade Unions with a total of 2,006 union members to participate in activities.

Over the years, the work of caring for the lives and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers has always been identified by grassroots trade unions and trade unions as the most important function of the trade union organization; a core and consistent task throughout the implementation process.
