On the morning of October 30, comrade Ngo Thi Kim Hoan, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, and a working delegation of the Farmers' Association of Hung Yen province visited a number of effective production and business models of farmers' association members in Son Nam ward, Hung Yen city.

The delegation visited the traditional incense-making village, the commercial banana production area and a number of high-quality livestock households in the ward. At the places visited, Ms. Ngo Thi Kim Hoan, Standing Vice President of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, and the delegation warmly visited and encouraged the farming households, and acknowledged the efforts, creative working spirit, daring to think and dare to do of the members of the Ward Farmers' Association in developing production, contributing to the construction of advanced new rural areas. The Son Nam Ward Farmers' Association currently has 20 branches with more than 5,300 members. On average, each year, the ward has about 2,100 households achieving the title of "Excellent Production and Business Household" at all levels. The Association has effectively implemented programs in coordination with credit and unsecured institutions to provide preferential loans to members for economic development, with a total outstanding loan balance of more than 200 billion VND. Typical effective economic models of members include: growing fruit trees, vegetables, raising livestock, producing small-scale handicrafts...


At the places visited, comrade Ngo Thi Kim Hoan, Standing Vice President of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, requested the Provincial Farmers' Association, Son Nam Ward Farmers' Association and local authorities to continue to pay attention, support and create favorable conditions for farmers to access preferential loans, apply scientific and technical advances in production, and at the same time replicate effective economic models, contributing to improving people's lives and developing the local economy.
