This is an important premise and basis for Vietnam's organic agriculture to catch up with the development trend of many countries in the world.

Before the merger, the provinces had many mechanisms and policies to support agricultural development in a safe and organic direction and had promoted specific effectiveness: Production value per unit area increased; the number of concentrated production areas increased; the number of agricultural products recognized as reaching OCOP level increased, leading to increased product prices, increasing income for producers...

To continue expanding the area of organic agricultural production, the first thing is that farmers (producers) need to change their agricultural production mindset to agricultural economic mindset, need to be "sensitive" to the needs and trends of the market to determine the types and standards of products to be produced. As society progresses, customer tastes increase, safe and quality products will have competitiveness and a place in the market. Therefore, the limitations in traditional farming methods will gradually become inadequate and uncompetitive.
