Recently, the auction of land use rights in Dong Hung district has been organized publicly, transparently, and legally, contributing to increasing revenue for the district budget.

In the first 8 months of 2023, the Dong Hung District Land Fund and Industrial Cluster Development Center organized auctions and completed documents in 10 communes, successfully auctioning 96 land lots, with a total auction area of 14,264.4 m2 for over 116 billion VND. Currently, the Center has completed all documents, notification procedures, selected, signed a contract with the auction organizer, the Thai Binh Provincial Property Auction Service Center, publicly listed residential planning areas, and prepared to auction 142 land lots. At the same time, publicly announced to people in need to know so that they can proactively participate in the auction. For commercial housing projects and planned residential areas, the Center focuses on coordinating with departments, offices, and localities to speed up site clearance progress.
