Dong Nai: Auction of 100 hectares of land in Chua Chan mountain

Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee auctioned a 100-hectare land plot in Chua Chan Mountain to implement an eco-tourism, resort and entertainment project.

Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision on auctioning land use rights for the land belonging to the Chua Chan mountain eco-tourism , resort and entertainment project in Xuan Loc commune.

Specifically, the land to be auctioned has an area of ​​over 100 hectares, bordering the Chua Chan mountain protection forest to the north, connecting to the existing Chua Chan mountain tourist area through mountain climbing trails; bordering the road around Chua Chan mountain to the west (according to the planning) and the roads connecting to DT.763 road; bordering the Chua Chan mountain protection forest to the east, connecting to DT.766 road through mountain climbing trails; bordering the road around Chua Chan mountain to the southeast (existing).

The starting price of this land is given at more than 2,678 billion VND.

Previously, in March 2025, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province (old) approved the adjustment of the master plan for preservation, restoration, and embellishment of the scenic relic of Chua Chan mountain until 2030.

According to the decision, the scope of the research to adjust the relic planning is more than 1,700 hectares, all in Xuan Loc commune. Of which, the Chua Chan mountain eco-tourism and resort project group has a total investment of about 18,000 billion VND.

Chua Chan Mountain, also known as Gia Lao or Gia Ray, is 837m high, the second highest mountain in the South (after Ba Den Mountain in Tay Ninh), ranked as a national scenic relic by the Ministry of Culture - Sports - Tourism since 2012.
