The festival attracts 9 provinces and cities: Dong Nai, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc, Ho Chi Minh City, Lam Dong, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan, Tay Ninh to participate, scheduled to be held on June 24 and 25, at the Binh Duong Provincial Cultural Center.
