Dong Nai establishes special task force to auction 37 land plots

The head of the working group is Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment; the permanent deputy head is Mr. Mai Phong Phu, Director of the Provincial Land Fund Development Center; the other two deputy heads are Mr. Tran Vu Hoai Ha, Deputy Director of the Department of Finance and Mr. Huynh Tan Loc, Deputy Director of the Department of Construction.

The task force is responsible for assisting the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee in auctioning land use rights for important and valuable land plots in the approved plan and reviewing potential and advantageous land plots to add to the land auction plan in the following period. Providing professional guidance and support to relevant units in the implementation process before, during and after the land plots are successfully auctioned. Summarizing difficulties and problems arising during the implementation process, promptly advising the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and direction to resolve them.

In 2025, the Provincial People's Committee plans to auction 37 land plots with a total amount of nearly 21 trillion VND according to the land price list. Up to now, there are 3 land plots eligible for auction in May and June; other land plots are completing procedures to be eligible for auction.

The province established this special working group to speed up the completion of procedures and auctions of land use rights in the province, contributing to ensuring the target of double-digit economic growth. In addition, land auctions also help the province form more urban and commercial projects; promote the effective use of advantageous land.
