The first house was handed over to Mr. Pham Ngoc Duc, 68 years old, Thanh Tri commune. The house has a total area of 60m2 , cost 60 million VND (the Provincial Farmers' Association supported 30 million VND and the remaining cost was mobilized by the Binh Dai District Farmers' Association to support). The house meets the "3 hard" criteria.
The second house was given to Tran Van Tam, 55 years old, Long Dinh commune (Binh Dai). The house has a total area of 40.85m2 , costing 76 million VND (Ho Chi Minh City Farmers' Association sponsored 60 million VND, the family contributed 10 million VND and Long Dinh Commune's Volunteer Farmers' Group supported 20 working days (worth 6 million VND).
Speaking at the handover ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association Tran Duong Thuan said: Responding to the emulation movement "Joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses" in 2025, the Provincial Farmers' Association strongly mobilized benefactors to support funding and coordinate with local authorities to supervise the construction of "Farmer's affection" houses to ensure the "3 hard" criteria of houses for rural people.

Delegates performed the groundbreaking ceremony for the "Farmer's Love" house of Mr. Pham Van Dinh, 44 years old, residing in Tan Phu commune, Chau Thanh district.
The first house, started construction for Mr. Vo Quoc Hung's family (Tan Thach). The house has an area of 60m2 , estimated cost of 80 million VND (donors supported 60 million VND and the rest was contributed by the family), estimated construction time is 30 days.
The second house is under construction for the family. Mr. Pham Van Dinh (Tan Phu) with a total area of 45m2 , cost 60 million VND supported by benefactors, family, local government, departments, branches and organizations contributed working days
The third house was started for Mrs. Le Thi Be (Tien Long). The house has an area of 31.2m2 , cost 62 million VND (MTQ supported 60 million VND and the rest was contributed by the family).
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association Nguyen Van Ban said: The Provincial Farmers' Association mobilized social resources, coordinated with the Chau Thanh District Farmers' Association and local authorities, departments, branches and organizations to supervise the construction of the 3 houses.
It is expected that the local government, departments, branches and organizations will actively monitor and mobilize human resources to support and mobilize additional funding to accelerate the completion of houses in Chau Thanh district. New houses are not only the joy of members but also the driving force for local economic development.
