The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism said that the 5-day holiday on April 30 and May 1 is expected to attract a large number of tourists to tourist areas and destinations in the province. In order to ensure the maintenance of service quality, security, order and safety for tourists during the holiday, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism requested the Management Boards of tourist areas and destinations, and tourism service establishments in the province to proactively develop plans and solutions to serve tourists during the April 30 and May 1 holidays.

Pay special attention to food safety and hygiene; security and order; fire prevention and fighting; do not discriminate against tourists, compete for tourists, or pressure tourists to buy goods and services; and promptly resolve suggestions and complaints from people, businesses and tourists.
Ensure environmental hygiene, arrange trash cans and collect trash and waste promptly. Limit the use of single-use plastic products, encourage the use of environmentally friendly products.
For water recreation activities and tourism activities that pose a risk to the life and health of tourists such as high-altitude ziplining; mountain climbing: arrange for additional rescue workers and experts to guide tourists' activities, while ensuring timely rescue when risks occur (rescue workers must be trained in rescue skills, rescue equipment must be adequate and ensure operation...). Check areas that may be dangerous, increase the installation of warning signs to inform tourists.
For adventure games, it is necessary to check equipment and games regularly and arrange staff to guide visitors to ensure safety for tourists.
Strictly comply with regulations on listing prices and selling at the correct listed price. Advertise the correct type and class of tourist accommodation that has been recognized by the competent state agency. For parking in tourist areas and spots, units are requested to list specific prices.
For travel companies, they are only allowed to do tourism business when they meet the conditions. Business activities must be within the scope of the license, ensuring safety conditions for tourists throughout the tour.
In cases of vagrants and beggars disturbing tourists and people "herding" vagrants and beggars for profit in tourist areas and spots, please contact the People's Committees of communes and wards for a handling plan according to regulations.
Regularly review and promptly detect information platforms and social networking sites that impersonate the unit's tourism service businesses; proactively coordinate with competent authorities to promptly resolve and handle related cases.
