As planned, the tour will take place from August 4 to 9. The delegation will visit President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum; meet with leaders of the Party, Government, and Ministry of National Defense ; visit historical sites and some northern provinces.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Huynh Minh Tuan wished the delegation good health and an enjoyable trip to Hanoi. In addition to covering all expenses for the trip, the Provincial People's Committee also gave each member of the delegation a gift of 1 million VND.
This is the first time in 2025 that Dong Thap province has organized a tour of Hanoi for meritorious people.
