Angel Island project ( Dong Nai ) approved for investment policy

Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee approved the investment policy of Nhon Phuoc Urban Tourism Area project (Angel Island), and approved the investor according to the Investment Law 2020, at the Conference to announce Dong Nai Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050.

At the conference held on the morning of September 24, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province presented the decision approving the investment policy to the representative of Song Tien Real Estate Development Joint Stock Company, the investor of the Nhon Phuoc Urban Tourism Area project (Angel Island).

To get the investment policy approved, the legal appraisal process of the project was conducted strictly through consulting with relevant ministries, departments, branches and levels. With the consensus of the Party Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the opinions of the members of the People's Committee, the decision to approve the investment policy followed strict procedures and processes, ensuring compliance with the laws and investment regulations of the Province.

In the coming time, the investor will continue to carry out the following procedures to complete the project's legal procedures, ensuring compliance with detailed planning principles in sync with higher-level planning and in accordance with the approved investment policy.

Angel Island has a scale of 204.7 hectares, located on Nhon Phuoc Island - Nhon Trach - Dong Nai, 20 minutes by water from District 1 (HCMC). The project is invested by Song Tien Real Estate Development Joint Stock Company, Hung Thinh Corporation is the strategic partner.

Surrounded 100% by the Dong Nai River, Angle Island is developed according to the model of an isolated island urban area, with a variety of product lines. Oriented to develop into a high-class complex urban area on the closest pristine island to Ho Chi Minh City, the project plans most of the area for green space and utilities.
