The Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 project through Tay Ninh province ensures progress with construction value reaching more than 87%, expected to open the entire route to traffic in March 2026.

On the morning of November 24, Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh inspected the site and worked with relevant units on the construction progress of the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 project, the section passing through Tay Ninh province.

According to the investor, the 6.8km long section of Belt Road 3 through Tay Ninh province is divided into two component projects including construction and site clearance.

Up to now, the construction volume of main packages has reached more than 87%.

The goal is to technically open the expressway section on December 19, 2025, aiming to open the entire route in March 2026.

The Beltway 3 project through Tay Ninh is 87% complete and is expected to open to traffic in March 2026.

At the construction site, Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh acknowledged the efforts of Tay Ninh province and contractors during the implementation process, especially maintaining progress in unfavorable weather conditions.

The Deputy Prime Minister requested units to continue to increase human resources and equipment, organize continuous construction in "3 shifts, 4 teams", promptly handle difficulties and bottlenecks to ensure project progress.

Tay Ninh province needs to continue to coordinate closely with contractors to ensure that Belt Road 3 is constructed quickly, with quality and safety, and completed on schedule.
