Robusta coffee prices fell sharply​​​​

Arabica coffee prices are not much better .​​​​​​​

Similarly, Arabica coffee prices on the New York floor also fell sharply, with a decrease of 4.05 - 4.50 cents/lb. The delivery price for March 2025 is 316.45 cents/lb (down 4.05 cents/lb), May 2025 is 313.00 cents/lb (down 4.30 cents/lb), July 2025 is 307.95 cents/lb (down 4.45 cents/lb), and September 2025 is 301.60 cents/lb (down 4.50 cents/lb).

Arabica coffee prices from Brazil also recorded uneven declines, ranging from 373.10 to 395.50 USD/ton. The May 2025 delivery period is 395.50 USD/ton (down 0.95 USD/ton) and the July 2025 period is 382.90 USD/ton (down 5.90 USD/ton).

Domestic coffee prices drop " shockingly "​​​

According to information from Giacaphe.com, at 3:30 p.m. today, January 9, 2025, after 3 consecutive increases during the week, the price was recorded to drop shockingly early this afternoon at an average of 119,100 VND/kg, down -2,300 VND/kg.

The highest coffee purchase price in key regions of the Central Highlands was recorded at 119,200 VND/kg. Specifically, today's coffee price in Dak Lak is 119,000 VND/kg, down -2,300 VND/kg; coffee price in Lam Dong is 118,000 VND/kg, down -2,500 VND/kg; coffee price in Gia Lai is 119,000 VND/kg, down -2,200 VND/kg and coffee price in Dak Nong today is 119,200 VND/kg, down -2,300 VND/kg.

The domestic coffee prices that Giacaphe.com lists every day are calculated based on the prices of two world coffee exchanges combined with continuous surveys from businesses and purchasing agents in key coffee growing areas across the country.
